MY NAME IS DANIELA WILDI.
CREATIVE MIND. GLOBAL CITIZEN. BRIDGE BUILDER.
Daniela Wildi is a dedicated individual with an academic background in international affairs. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in International and Development Studies at the Geneva Graduate Institute and Peking University, building upon her foundation with a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Geneva, where she specialized in Law.
Born in Switzerland with half Russian roots, Daniela's multicultural background has shaped her understanding of complex and conflicting perspectives. Her curiosity and desire for cultural immersion led her spend her exchange year in Shanghai, China (2017-2018). During this time, she deepened her knowledge of Mandarin and developed a profound appreciation for Chinese culture. In addition, she studied for one semester at the National University of Singapore, broadening her international perspective. Her language skills in (Swiss-) German, Russian, English, French, and Mandarin (HSK 5) enable her to effectively communicate and collaborate with people from various backgrounds.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Daniela thrives on exploring new countries and cultures and working on creative projects both in front of and behind the camera. In 2019, she produced and directed the documentary « J'étais un enfant qu'on ne voyait pas », shedding light on the victims of compulsory social measures and forced displacements in Switzerland until 1981. Her first movie was a success and won several prestigious awards.
Initative-oriented, ambitious, and curious by nature, she is committed to shaping a world of positive change.
